We've been in Japan since Monday and already I've been able to update the software on my computer, phone AND upload a couple new music mixes to my 8tracks site! Yay for a better internet speed! I created this mix when I first was in Australia, just some folky, update/chill tunes that I enjoy.

I created this mix specially for my friends, the Bolvi/McGhee family. My dear friend Rachel's brain cancer has returned and she is currently battling. Please, listen and pray for all of them. I have been continually encouraged and challenged by her family. They are not only exhibiting the appearance of relying on God, but faithfully living it out on a day-to-day basis.

Life's been a bit- well, lifelike lately, by which I mean its up one moment and really, really hard the next. I can tell I'm learning a lot of things about myself, about God, about family, friends and caring about people- but there are a lot of growing pains that accompany these things... this mix has been a companion to me in some of the hard moments- especially Mumford & Sons 'After the Storm' (and the instrumental version of it by We Are Elessar) and the line, "with grace in your heart..."
